The new version makes it easier for the users to specify multiple addresses in email notification templates. In addition to separation by space available in the previous versions, emails can now also be separated by comma, which makes it easier to paste multiple addresses from outside sources. The update also fixes a rare error which could occur on some network servers where modification date and HFS type of InDesign files could not be retrieved.
Under the Package Central workflow, production artists, prepress operators and designers simply submit InDesign files to watched hot folders that reside on a network. The software automatically collects InDesign files along with their fonts and links, freeing user’s time for important tasks such as design and layout.
