Fehraltorf, Switzerland – B-Eng today is proud to announce the release and immediate availability of System Clock, the company’s new system monitor and information app developed exclusively for macOS. System Clock displays various system information as well as general data on a configurable clock surface. The Design is that of an analog clock with additional hands for CPU load, battery state and memory usage.

Additional weather information and weather forecast are embedded at the bottom of the clock face, with easily to understand icon for the current day and for 3 days in advance. All Colors and fonts are freely configurable to match any users personal taste, and the clock face can be resized and freely positioned on the desktop.

“We wanted a simple tool that shows basic information without the need for an additional click,” explains Christian Schaffner, general manager of b-eng. “Usually, when you want to know the CPU load you need to open the system monitor. To check the memory usage is an additional click. And sometimes you just want to know how long your computer is running, or when you rebooted it the last time. All this information is now collected in a freely configurable clock surface. And just in case you want to see the weather forecast we added it too. It’s just another app or link you don’t have to open, it’s all there. We wanted basic system information at a glance, and System Clock provides just that – with one or two extras that may come in handy. I am surprised, how people loved it for it’s simplicity when they tried it out, stating that they didn’t know that they missed it until they had it on their desktop.”
