London, England – Independent developer, James Bolton is proud to announce the release of Zero Fun 1.6, an update to his free-to-play number action game developed exclusively for iOS devices. Zero Fun challenges even the seasoned casual audience in this zen-like number tapping game, as equal measures of patience, memory and quick reactions are required to beat the devilishly hand-crafted levels.
The objective is to stop the countdowns as close to zero as you can and clear the target score to proceed to the next level. Low numbers award more points but don’t let the number reach zero as it will be game over. It’s not just about the ones and twos. What sets Zero Fun apart from match-3 titles or other number based games of a similar genre is the cheeky sets of numbers designed to trip you up.
Watch out for numbers that blink on and off or the super fast turbo number which counts down to zero in a flash. Don’t get fooled by the number which pauses for a second looking like it’s lagging behind and you must stay cool when a group of numbers all spawn in unison. Zero Fun? You decide.
“Zero Fun will stress you out more than your ex-girlfriend from high school!” NOEN – snappzilla
Zero Fun is designed to be accessible for any age with a minimalist design and it offers a one of a kind audio experience. Using a library of 19 different sounds the player experiences a unique soundtrack each time they tap on a number. This could be the first time a mobile game has featured this audio effect.
