With the new ActivePrint 10 a new feature called “Print To QR” has been added to make sharing documents and photos from iPhone or iPad easier than ever. With “Print To QR” users can securely upload their content to our servers and then a unique QR code will be displayed on the device’s screen. This QR code can be scanned by ANY device with a camera and a barcode scanning app. Once someone scans the QR code they can download and view a copy of the file. No email addresses or phone numbers.
Now with ActivePrint 10 you can print these document types whether they’re stored on your iPad or iPhone or in your cloud storage account (Dropbox, Box, Microsoft SkyDrive). And you can print all your files to any printer whether it’s connected to a PC or it’s AirPrint enabled or Google Cloud Print enabled.
