Toronto, Canada – Replayism, creators of ParaShoot, today is proud to announce the release and immediate availability of Heroes vs. Mechs, a free tower defense game where sci-fi meets fantasy. The player is placed in the midst of a raging battle between warriors of legend and weapons of mass destruction. As a commander of the Mech army, they must construct a system of turrets to fend off wave after wave of vengeful Heroes.

“This game was inspired by my personal favourite tower defense game, Robo Defense,” says William Kwan, CEO. “I loved how open the map was, letting the player construct towers almost anywhere they wanted and having the enemies react to the player’s decisions, rather than the other way around. I wanted to make a game that took this concept to the next level, adding more maps, more enemies, and ultimately, more strategies for the player to deploy.”

With 10 maps and 5 levels of difficulty, Heroes vs. Mechs certainly reflects the company name. Another standout feature is the real-time attacking; unlike other tower defense games where you build your towers and watch the action from the sidelines, you can directly engage in the battle by dropping a flaming meteor, or by teleporting an enemy.

Combining a modern genre with charming retro graphics, Heroes vs. Mechs brings addictive, thinking gameplay to players of all skill levels.
