Brisbane, Australia – Minimega Pty Ltd. today is pleased to announce the up and coming release of Bonza, its new game title coming to iOS in March. Bonza is a new type of crossword where players arrange word fragments to complete each puzzle. The game requires word power, spatial skills and a bit of trivia mixed in. It’s simple and easy to learn but gets tricky for even the most savvy Wordies. If you like a good word challenge and you enjoy pushing boxes around with your fingers, then you’ll love Bonza Word Puzzle.
Free Daily Puzzles:
You’ll be able to solve puzzles that are based on current events. They celebrate holidays, anniversaries, and the lives of famous people e.g. On February 14 you can solve a “Valentines” themed puzzle. In addition, new puzzles are designed and added on the fly. So if something big happens in the news, you’ll be able to play a relevant puzzle the next day.
History:
In early 2013, MiniMega set out to re-invent the traditional crossword and design an experience for modern Wordies. After some experimentation with pencil and paper and a few touch screen prototypes, the idea evolved. The result is Bonza, a game that requires players to arrange word fragments to solve each puzzle. It’s a super simple, fresh approach at a timeless puzzle concept. An Alpha version of the game caught the attention of Screen Australia, who then helped fund the production of the game and support its development.
Features:
* A new type of crossword
* Free Daily Puzzles based on current events
* Easy to learn but gets challenging

* Relaxing ambient soundtrack
Bonza Word Puzzle will be coming in March 2014, and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Games category.
