Wilmington, Delaware – Bidhobby today is proud to announce the release and immediate availability of Bubble Boy Girl Mania 1.2, an update to their popular game specifically designed for iPad devices. Bubble Boy Girl Mania combines the challenge of Match 3 and Tetris-style games. As triads of different colored bubbles descend, players must try and match 3 of the same colored bubbles by moving them left, right, down fast, or changing their order. There are two different modes of gameplay.
In Boy mode, a single player has to match 3 or more bubbles of the same color in the box on the left side of the screen. With each match, the box on the right side of the screen adds rows of bubbles. If the player matches 3 bubbles, only one row of bubbles is added to the right box. If the player matches more than 3 bubbles, two rows of bubbles are added to the right box. The goal is to fill the right box with rows of bubbles before the left box fills up. When the box on the right is filled, the player moves on to the next level. If the left box fills up first, the player loses that level.
In Boy mode, each bubble is given a certain value. During gameplay, the user needs to determine which bubble color gives them a higher score and try to match as many triads of that color as possible. Players can play endlessly in Boy mode and share their scores via Facebook. They can also accept challenges from other players to beat their scores or earn achievements.
In Boy and Girl mode, players can go head-to-head with another player and compete on the same iPad. First, each player selects a box. Like in Boy mode, each player attempts to match 3 bubbles as the triads descend from the top of their box. When one of the players matches 3 bubbles, it will change the colors of their rival’s descending bubble triad. If one of the players matches more than 3 bubbles, it adds a full row of bubbles to their opponent’s box. The winner is the player who fills up their opponent’s box full of bubbles first.
