Orlando, Florida – CampSoftware is excited to announce that their iOS App “Reference for FileMaker” is now available on the App Store. This easy to use App allows FileMaker developers to look up those FileMaker things you need but you can’t seem to remember.

“This App started out as an in-house tool to help our developers remember the little things we use all the time” said Hal Gumbert, president, CampSoftware. The tool proved so useful that we decided to package it up and release “Reference for FileMaker” on the App Store so that other developers can take advantage of it. Since our phones are always sitting right by our keyboard, having a reference tool on it just makes so much sense.”

After launching “Reference for FileMaker,” the user is offered, an easy to use Reference menu will appear including: FileMaker Script Steps, FileMaker Functions, FileMaker Error Codes, ASCII Codes, HTML Symbols, Named Colors, and HTTP Status Codes. Once the user has selected one of those options, they can either scroll through a list to find the solutions they are looking for or they use the handy search space at the top of the screen to narrow down the results.
