Los Angeles, California – Headcase Games, in conjunction with development partner Billy Hugs, today are proud to announce the release and immediate availability of JumpBurger 1.0, their new game title now available as a free download on the iTunes App Store. JumpBurger is a casual-friendly action game, making use of established mechanics wherein the protagonist, an adventurous anthropomorphic hamburger, ascends ever upward, collecting items and dodging obstacles.

The player starts out against a beautiful meadow backdrop, and must guide the jumping sandwich toward suspended platforms as the world opens up behind him. In his path are several condiments (pickles, cheese, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes and whatnot) which increase the burger’s deliciousness, as well as the potential for high score. In addition, multiple other items (such as a variety of colorful stars) may be collected during the journey, in service of this same goal.

Though simple to learn, the game becomes challenging very quickly, as obstacles increase and the margin for error shrinks, providing for quick and addictive bursts of play. GameCenter Achievements and numerous sharing options enhance the gameplay experience, complemented by beautifully-rendered graphics and engaging and humorous sound effects.
