Zurich, Switzerland – Independent developers, Andreas, Christopher, Johannes and Tobias Lott today are proud to announce the release of Bearbushkas 1.0.1, their new game title developed exclusively for iPad devices. The basic mission of every player is simple: Shoot all enemies! But instead of destroying another ship directly, a shot places a target marker on it, then a missile leaves the base to chase the marked spaceship.
Players always have to try to strike a balance between attacking and getting rid of enemy missiles chasing them. Each player has a button for steering left and a button for steering right in his corner of the iPad screen. Pressing both buttons at once means “shoot”. That’s it. Great fun, yet simple as throwing an empty vodka bottle at a brick wall.
Features:
* Designed from the ground up for local multiplayer fun
* Up to four players on one iPad simultaneously
* Game design and controls tailored for iPad
* Beautiful hand-drawn cartoon graphics
* Bears dancing the Kozachok
* Players can practice solo against the AI
* Three uniquely designed scenarios
* Many characters and special items
“We love local multiplayer games, having had so much fun in our childhood with splitscreen Mario Kart or Bomberman. We feel this experience has been largely replaced by online multiplayer these days, so we decided to go for this niche with Bearbushkas,” says Tobias Lott. “Our goal was to design a game that brings the spirit of those classics to the iPad but works perfectly with touch controls.”
Device Requirements:
* Compatible with iPad
* Requires iOS 9.1 or later
* 245 MB
Pricing and Availability:
Bearbushkas 1.0.1 is $1.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Games category.
