Lisbon, Portugal – Lleh Land today is pleased to announce the release and immediate availability of Augui, a series of interactive story apps for the iPad. By creating the magical character Augui, a caring and adventurous grandmother, they aim to help promote human values and “bring magic back to the world”. Children are invited to help Augui in her quest to find a rare ingredient in each story throughout the whole series. Each ingredient represents a human value: Love, Peace, Respect, Courage, Truth, Friendship and Loyalty.
The series begins with “Augui and the Mystery of the Fairy Valley”, available worldwide on November 28th in the App Store in the Kids Category. It introduces readers to Augui, the Witch of the Moon, and her exciting mission to save the fairies who have been frozen in time by a mysterious creature. This short app is filled with wonderful animations and simple interactions.
In each interactive book, children are stimulated to actively participate for the story to move forward. Most interactions are directly correlated with the text, so children must match the action to the text. Augui’s App menu page has a special treat for kids: the window in Augui’s library shows the different times of the day (morning, afternoon and night), which change according to the user’s time zone. Children will be surprised when Christmas comes around and, behind the library’s window, they see snow and ornamented pine trees. On top of that, Augui herself communicates with the readers, delivering a greeting message and soon she will wish children a merry Christmas.

One of Lleh Land’s greatest concerns was children’s privacy and safety. For that reason, they decided not to include in their applications external links, ads, social features, links to reviews or sharing, or in-app purchases whatsoever. They do not collect location or personal information either. Children have only access to Augui’s stories.
