Manheim, Pennsylvania – Indie developer, Chris Paveglio is proud to announce the newly released Scanning Slideshow 1.0.1 for Mac OS X. Scanning Slideshow is designed to display a slideshow of images, and to update the folder contents/images in the folder live. Designed for photographers or other event planners who want to present a display of images (on screen or on a projector) and have newly shot images inserted into the show as they are saved to the computer. There are almost no other slideshow options that will update the folder of images as it runs- OSX built in system screen saver will not continually update the folder contents, nor will iPhoto.

Users can set the length of image display, and choose from several image transition types as well as transition directions. Image file types can be filtered, so only images of a certain kind (ie JPG, TIFF) are displayed but others are ignored (for example, when a photographer shoots RAW JPG, only the JPG version would be displayed on screen). The slideshow can be shown in a floating window or in full screen mode. The full screen display can be any display the Mac will display, including iPads using Desktop expanding software such as Air Display.

System Requirements:
* OS X 10.7 or later
* 64-bit processor
* 16.5 MB

Pricing and Availability:
Scanning Slideshow 1.0.1 is available on the Mac App Store now for $9.99 (USD) in the Graphics & Design category.
