Hip Hop Berserker offers a rich, unique blend of rhythm and action that has reached as high as being the #2 Music Game and one of the Top 100 Games (#85) in the App Store, despite not being featured by the App Store and receiving very little attention from the press. More alarming was the App Store’s decision to feature Sega’s Rhythm Thief & The Paris Caper, a competing rhythm game which is not only currently charting beneath Hip Hop Berserker on the iPhone, but has received lackluster reviews. “Not being featured was a bit of a snub from the editors of the App Store, especially considering the fact that Hip Hop Berserker was initially charting better than games they chose to feature,” Gray continues. “It displays a lack of appreciation for Hip Hop and its audience, and even more egregious, it’s a smack in the face to independent developers. This won’t deter us from our goal of offering fans the best Hip Hop based video game experience on a mobile platform.”<\/p>\n
