Tokyo, Japan – Tsukishima Factory is proud to announce the release of Rinka 1.0, their first mobile game to release outside of Japan. Rinka is a challenging iOS/Android game with one touch controls where the player guides a Will O’ Wisp through a dark shadowy world of obstacles. Rinka is visually similar to games like Limbo and Badlands, but with the gameplay of an infinite runner where you progress through atmospheric environments collecting orbs with the main goal being to achieve the highest score possible. You only get one life so make it count.

What sets Rinka apart from other high score games?
Light plays an active role in the gameplay of Rinka which is unlike any other game of this genre that I’m aware of. Absorbing orbs causes you to emit light and failing to collect orbs may result in your path being shrouded in darkness. Keeping your path illuminated becomes essential to progress as avoiding obstacles becomes increasingly difficult as your light fades.

An Atmosphere of Light, Shadows, and Color:
The color of the wisp’s light changes depending on the color of the orbs collected. Each new color sheds new light on the various backgrounds while marking a new level of difficulty in the game’s progression. Only the most skilled players will be able to travel from the calm and serene blues all the way through to the dangerous reds and illusive purples.
