From simple health kits to shields and new rocket types, all of these are great as they will allow you to engage your enemies in a much better way. And, of course, periodically, you will encounter some world bosses that will make your experience a more demanding one than you would expect. To Mars is all about showing you how dangerous it can be to venture alone in the depth of space, and how important it really is to have a goal.
Overall, To Mars is a wonderful game that does show how demanding it can actually be to get to Mars as fast as possible. It brings a lot of challenges into the mix and the simple fact that you can use power-ups and defeat massive world bosses is enough to make you play for hours and hours.
