Zurich, Switzerland – Under iOS 8, Photohook turns your favorite photos into bookmarks. This gives you the simplest and fastest possible access to all the other pictures that were taken at the same time. Sometimes a photo is a favorite because it is in itself so special. But in other cases, a picture is a favorite because it was shot at special event. For example, if you took 20 photos at the concert of your most beloved band, maybe in the future you will want to see more than the one unique favorite picture. Use Photohook and effortlessly see all the photos you took at that special moment again, not just the favorite one.
1. Open the Photohook app
2. You see all the pictures your have marked as favorites in your native iOS 8 Photos app
3. Tap any of the pictures and time travel in your photo collection, gaining direct access to all pictures taken just before or just after the one you opened
When something special happens and you take pictures, as time goes they sink deeper and deeper among all the others stored on your device. Photohook lets you jump directly to the photos you want to preserve. No matter how long ago they have been shot. With Photohook, you organize your very best photos without feeling it and make your iOS 8 favorites even more powerful.
Move your device to the left or to the right in front of your eyes and you will see the hidden parts of the pictures, simulating bigger virtual images (gyroscope-based movement tracking). Or tap on the picture and use the usual pinch and drag gestures. Direct map access is provided for geotagged photos.
