Lowestoft, United Kingdom – Mediaforce Limited today is proud to announce the release and immediate availability of HeyApp Messenger 1.4, an important update to their innovative messaging app for iPhone, Android, and Amazon Fire devices. HeyApp Messenger offers users the ability to send a message to any other HeyApp users, notifying the recipient with a resounding “Hey!” Anyone can use the app to chat, share images and videos, stickers, and more, one-to-one, or in a group chat.

HeyApp Messenger offers the innovative option of notifying a message recipient that they’ve received a message by letting them know with an audible “Hey,” just like someone would if they wanted to catch another person’s attention across the room. (Except this “Hey” can be heard around the world.)

“There are so many apps that serve up notifications and audible alerts, that users begin to ignore them after a while, possibly missing an important message, or other ‘need-to-know’ information,” says Mediaforce Limited Managing Director, David Ball. “HeyApp Messenger offers a resounding ‘Hey!’ when a user receives a message, even if their mobile device is locked. This makes messages received in the app stand out from the din of all the other app notifications, and makes it just that much more fun to use too!”

Features:
* Alert friends with an easily audible “Hey,” even if the friend’s phone is locked
* The device agnostic app allows users to connect to friends on iPhone, Android, and Amazon devices
* Users can easily update their current status
* Easily view when friends were last online
* Quickly find other friends using HeyApp on “Add Friends,” or quickly invite them to join the fun
* Send instant messages in a flash
* Create or join in a Group Chat
* Users can share photos, videos, stickers, contacts, and even their current location with just a few taps

With the release of HeyApp Messenger 1.4, the developers removed the need for phone numbers for registration, and created any easy-to-use username login system. Plus, they’ve added super-fast chat, as well as live updates throughout the entire app. Users can share their current status, so others will know if they’re available, with just a quick glance at their screen. Users who are in a meeting or at school can quickly set their status, so they won’t be bothered by a message and other users won’t think they’re simply being ignored.

In addition to one-to-one chats, Group chats can also be created, so everyone can enjoy the chatting fun, as well as share images, videos, and stickers with everyone all at once. Inviting other members to a Group Chat is easy, just select their names from the Contact List. It’s easy to let others know about HeyApp Messenger, as users can send invitations to friends and family via email, text messages, and even Twitter and Facebook. Adding friends that are already on HeyApp Messenger to a Contacts list is as easy as looking them up via the app’s handy search function.

HeyApp Messenger Makes it easy to stay in touch with friends and family, no matter where they are or what device their using. All it takes is sending a quick message and saying “Hey!”
