Minneapolis, Minnesota – Koji Color today is delighted to announce the release of Koji Advance, a software plugin that brings Koji film emulation to all major video editing platforms. Koji film emulation, used primarily by professional colorists, is now available to anyone editing video.

Koji Advance features 23 35mm film stock presets, auto-white balance, lift/gamma/gain, density, printer points, and adaptive film grain. With Koji Advance, creative video editors can now apply the world’s most accurate 35mm motion picture film emulation directly to their project – without leaving their editing software.

Koji Advance is designed for use on feature films, television, broadcast and web commercials, indie productions, documentaries, or any other project that involves moving images. The striking color response of motion picture film – paired with the simple but powerful color correction tools built into Koji Advance – are immediately useful on a wide variety of digital video projects.

Koji Advance includes support for all major digital cinema cameras, including Canon DSLR, Sony a7s and a7r, Panasonic GH4, Sony FS7, Blackmagic Ursa Mini, RED Dragon, and Arri Alexa.
