New York , New York – Artist / Author/ App developer David Scott Leibowitz is hosting a live iPad Art Event at the Grand Central Station Apple Store, Wednesday January 28, 2015 from 7-8pm. Leibowitz will have an hour to shoot video and photographs in Grand Central Station with his iPhone and iPad and demonstrate as many apps as time allows for creating art on Mobile Devices.

Leibowitz authored the book, Mobile Digital Art- Using the iPad and iPhone as Creative Tools, (C)2013 Focal Press. In 2009, he launched the app, iCreated, dedicated to iPhone and iPad art, and is one of seven co-founders and current board members of iAMDA, the International Association of Mobile Digital Artists. In Jan.1st, 2015 Leibowitz opened Mobile Digital Art & More, the first brick and mortar gallery dedicated to this International movement in heart of the art district of Boonton New Jersey.

People are encouraged to bring a fully charged iDevice to either help document the event, try to keep up with David, or make their own personal art based around the event.
