Edinburgh, United Kingdom – Three Cheese Trees LLP today is proud to announce the release of Boombons 1.0.1, a new interactive educational magazine for children aged preschool and up. This free iPad app delivers educational games through downloadable “magazine” issues, while putting privacy controls in the hands of parents.

“Tablets are a natural way to provide educational resources and entertainment to children,” said Yevgen Yermak, Three Cheese Trees Founder. “It’s like they were born with them in their hands. Our goal was to use the tablet as the platform through which we could deliver content children would enjoy, while helping them to learn important skills. With Boombons, I think we achieve that.”

By using high quality interactive animations and professional voice actors, the company hopes to establish its product as a premium educational app for children. The added focus on child privacy, according to Yermak, should help to further win the favor of parents.

Each colorfully illustrated every issue includes over 25 activity pages of unique content and over 60 various scenes with fun challenges and mini-games. Also the app and magazine issues are 100% ad-free.

Since the Boombons app release by the App Store in July, feedback from parents has been encouraging. “Parents seem especially happy with the parental controls we built into Boombons,” said Yermak. “There are a lot of apps out there for children, just not many like Boombons that parents can trust.”
