San Francisco, California – Cardinal Blue Software today is proud to announce a new Monster High virtual sticker pack for PicCollage, their popular collage creation app developed for iOS and Android devices. Based on Mattel’s popular fashion doll franchise, the sticker pack will be available for free to PicCollage’s 75 million users and will feature 32 fun, ‘howliday’ themed virtual stickers based on the Monster High characters and motifs.
PicCollage enables anyone to easily create a stunning collage with a few intuitive swipes and taps.
