London, United Kingdom – 45RPM Software today is proud to announce the release of Innecto 1.4 for iOS. Research shows that too much sugar rots your mind as well as your teeth, making it hard to concentrate. Put the Candy to one side and give your brain a real workout with Innecto.

Innecto seems so easy and relaxing; the little tiles twist satisfyingly into place as you race against the clock to complete each board in the least time with the least number of moves. The difficulty ramps up though – and you’ll need all your skill to get to the end.

There are more than 100 levels and each one is calculated by the computer so no two games will be the same – giving Innecto great replay value. The game design, code, tile graphics, and segment typeface are all the work of Pascal Harris (45RPM Software) and the music and sound design is the work of Richard Hanson (Highfish Recordings) with additional music production by David Jamieson. Many people have tested Innecto – and we really hope that you enjoy the final result.

Over the years we’ve all become used to playing a quick game whilst we work on our PCs. It might be that we play Minesweeper whilst working on a spreadsheet, or Solitaire whilst working on some word-processing. So why can’t we do this on an iPad? Why don’t games support split-screen multitasking? Now you can.

Version 1.4 of Innecto adds split screen multitasking on iPad models that support it, and a beautiful new ‘Modern’ look (selectable in Innecto’s Preferences screen). These new features are only available in the ‘Premium’ version of Innecto (free until the end of October) – the ‘Freemium’ version of Innecto doesn’t benefit from this great functionality.

* Split screen multitasking on iPads that support it

Based in the United Kingdom, 45RPM Software is an European husband and wife team (and we will remain European, whatever anyone else may say about it). We’ve been developing useful tools for the Mac since 2007. Our most popular applications are Locamatic (since 2007) and MailRaider (since 2009) – but USBleat (2013) has proven surprisingly popular in Holland and Japan.
